Privacy Policy: UltimateCamo™ does not share, sell or provide customer information with any persons, companies or organizations. All information is kept confidential.


Making a Purchase: Purchasing UltimateCamo™ clothes is simple! Just browse our store, select the items you wish to buy and add them to your shopping cart. Please double check your measurements and size requirements on the website before finalizing your order. After you have finished shopping, click the “Check out” button to process your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Shipping, Handling and Delivery: Your order will be shipped via USPS regular mail and should take 7 – 10 business days. Please email customer service for international orders which may require additional postage and shipping instructions.

Back Orders: If an item is sold out, it will be back ordered and shipped as available, unless cancelled in writing, by letter or email customerservice@ultimatecamo.com) prior to shipment. Back orders will be charged at the time of shipment.

Guarantee: UltimateCamo™ products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. Defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days of invoice date with an Exchange Authorization Form and Exchange Authorization Number for repair, replacement or refund at our discretion. Please follow Exchange Policy and Process for return of merchandise.

Refunds: At our discretion, refunds will only be considered on defective merchandise. Returned merchandise must follow our Exchange Policy and Process to be considered.


Exchanges will be made under the following circumstances and must be initiated within 30 days of invoice date. All merchandise must be received in re-saleable, unused condition with original packaging and tags.

  • Incorrect Size Ordered – We will exchange merchandise for the requested size and our standard shipping rate will be charged at time of shipment.
  • Incorrect Order Shipped – We will exchange merchandise for the correct item with no additional shipping charged.

Exchange Process: Only exchanges following this process will be accepted.

Step 1: Email customerserivce@ultimatecamo.com with the reason for the request and the invoice number. With a valid request we will forward an Exchange Authorization Form and an Exchange Authorization Number via return email.

Step 2: The completed Exchange Authorization Form must be included with the returned merchandise and the Exchange Authorization Number must be clearly noted on the package.

For your protection we recommend insuring all returned merchandise for its full value. We will not be responsible for items lost in the mail.
